Deferred Item Receipt Posting

I'm Trying to Enabling Deferred Item Receipt Posting on my NetSuite Account

I've created the required WMS rules, but for some reasons the item receipt behavior still as default

i need any Guides to ensure whether the feature as available on my NetSuite account "(Edition: International)" or there's a missing features need to be enabled

any support would be appreciated
