Netsuite consolidate IF's

Hello,

I am looking for a method to prevent NetSuite from automatically creating an Item Fulfillment (IF) when a wave has been picked.
I want to pick another wave from the same order the next day, and these waves should then be combined into a single IF.

If Wave A already created an IF on Day 1, it will not be combined with Wave B into a single IF on Day 2.
However, if no IF exists for Wave A, the waves should still be combined into a single IF.

Does anyone have a solution to this?
