how to add Language to Localization tab of Account record

I would like to add English in the Localization tab of the Account record.

Currently, only Japanese is displayed.
By registering this, if I set the language setting to Japanese, it will be displayed in Japanese, and if I set it to English, it will be displayed in English, right?
