Define whether to purchase or build an Assembly Item
We have Allow Purchase of assembly items switched on as sometimes we need to do this.
However we find that any items that have a re-order point(build point) set drop into both the Order Items and Mass Create Work Orders screens. This is quite confusing.
The Supply Type field in the planning tab seems to have no effect.
Is there anyway to define which route should be used? We would like to mainly manufacture but have the ability to order when needed.
Failing that can we expose the Supply Type field in the Order Items or Mass Create Work Orders screens?
