Consolidated BS & IS | Flat File Version?
Scenario :
Director of Reporting requesting a top-level only output of the Summary page for a BS and an IS. End result request is for there to be no hidden (collapsed) lines on the Summary page when extracted into excel/csv.
I'm unsure if there is a way to do this? I don't think the functionality of expansion and collapsing answers the ask, as the requested end-result is that there is nothing to expand from a collapsed state.
Essentially they'd like the result to be in line what is seen in the screenshot below, but with nothing to expand (Display : ASSETS, CURRENT ASSETS, accounts that roll up to CURRENT ASSETS, but no expanded child accounts under Cash, Accounts Receivable, net, etc - But the dollars from those sub-accounts do still need to roll up to the overall parent account total.
