Cannot Perform Negative Inventory Validation...
Since we enabled Negative Inventory Validation for invoices, we often see this error when manually saving an invoice:
We've triple-checked that the Back Ordered box is checked on the invoice form, the sales order form, and the estimate form that are involved in these transactions, but the warnings keep coming. NetSuite support looked at it, but because we can hit OK once or twice to clear the warning, they declined to pursue it further. Has anyone encountered this and found a solution?
