How can I get item record Associated Images on PDF?

Hi all, I'm trying to get associated images from my item records onto various PDF templates such as quotes/estimates and pick lists. Does anyone know how I would write this in my PDF? I am struggling to locate the right joins or field ids to get this to work.

Example image I'm trying to reference (this usually a list of items, so I only want to return the 1st one):
