Weekly Date Aggregation in Analytics

Hi! I attended a webinar showing me tips and tricks on using Analytics and trying to come over from Reports/Saved Search. I am looking at a workbook and I see that the date aggregation options are Year - Quarter - Month - Day.

Why is week left off? Is there a good way to get a workbook to aggregate by week? I know I can do that in Reports….
