Add Bank Charges in Bill Payment

Hi,

How to add bank charges (administration bank expense in bill payment) ?

We have driven the users to use bank charges in expense subtab in vendor bill, however user said that in vendor bill that using exchange rate will effect the amount value when it paid.

add field bill payment will have effort for the payment fields, is there any work around for this ?
