Print Template for Custom Customer Statement Transaction Form
Where am I forgetting to look to find the corresponding email template for a custom Customer Statement transaction form? I'm not seeing it in my Email Templates page.
There is some verbiage in the outgoing email to customers for their statements advising customers to download Adobe Acrobat to view their statement, and we'd like to remove it. Our customers consistently treat our statement emails as SPAM because of this Adobe suggestion and link.
