Advanced Manufacturing - How to auto-report labor when using the tablet app in realtime?
Hi All,
We will be moving to the tablet interface Advanced Manufacturing provides to report data in real-time from the shop floor. When testing the real-time feature we have product, scrap, and downtime working perfectly. I am struggling to get the defined labor reported automatically.
Based on my understanding, the Work Order Completion Settings in AM Location setup define this. We have the following setup:
- Labor Resource Method = Default, to use the routing definition.
- Labor Run Method = Use Result Records, to use production time (start and stop) to record labor against the work order.
- This is the field that should drive the labor reporting but it does not report any labor.
