Free Goods in Netsuite

Hi All,

What is the best way to treat free goods In Netsuite ?

Dow we have to create new item name/code Free Goods or using same item name but user don't want to affect the rate/ amount, only increase or decrease the quantity and won't affect item fulfillment and invoice.
