Time approval on a project

Hi!

I'm using the Project Suite, and I have a request for approval of the time recorded in my project.

If the actual time being entered is greater than the planned time for my task, I must request time approval from the project manager. However, if my actual time being entered is equal to or less than the planned time for my task, approval is not required.

Is there a way to do this using an approval rule?

Your help would be very helpful.
