How to set a Work Breakdown Structure (wbs) as baseline budget

I can now create a wbs using RESTlet script, now I am trying to figure out out to set a wbs as the baseline budget programmatically, similar to the effect of "Set As Baseline Budget" button on the Work Breakdown Structure UI. However, I could find any information about how to achieve that.
I am open to any means: RESTlet, RESTful or SOAP web services.

Any help would be appreciated!
