Adding source to fixed asset registrar

Hi,

I have difference between my fixed asset registrar and the balance sheet.

I wanted to add the source (Bill number , JE number etc. ) for each line in the fixed asset registrar , so i can check the reason for the difference.

Is there a way to do that ? i try to customize the registrar but i couldn't find the column to be added
