HubSpot/NetSuite Sync - User is being set as the Sales Rep despite sales rep field being mapped.
We are trying to sync HubSpot Companies and NetSuite Leads/Prospects. The issue we are facing is that when a sync occurs from HubSpot to NetSuite, it sets the User who created the record (me via the integration and SOAP Web Services) as the Sales Rep and not the Sales Rep in HubSpot. The Sales Rep field is mapped in HubSpot and NetSuite.
Originally, the lead would not sync over unless I was assigned as the Sales Rep. Doing that allowed me to move the record into NetSuite, but then we had to manually reassign the record to the proper sales rep. In our most recent attempt at a workaround, we did the following:
