Purchase Order with Set Delivery and Payment

Hi

Which NetSuite feature would allow the creation of a single purchase order with phased delivery at set intervals and billing to match?

Blanket purchase orders sounds like it might be the right tool. The account is a Finance First Premium Suitesuccess account so doesn't have that feature available (is this available separately to purchase?)

Recurring purchase orders might also fit the use case. However, I cannot see how to access this feature:

I'm not sure what "Ask Oracle" feature is that is referenced in the above post.
