Workflow - Copy the email addresses into the new field, but change the delimiter

Hello everyone,

Currently we have a field where multiple emails are entered and they are separated by ",". I need to bring these email addresses into another field but they need to be delimited with ";".

Is it possible to do this automatically? I don't want to do it manually via csv.
