How to update filters attached to "Scripts" list view

Hi.

I was attempting to add additional filters to the view available at Customization > Scripting > Scripts.

Currently these are the only filters, and I was not able to locate a way to modify this view. It seems that all menus under the customization menu are this way (Deployments, Entry forms).

Was wondering if anyone had any insight into adding additional filters. I tried to do some searching for a potential answer, but it seems to be getting confused with a saved search that is connected to a view, Which I know how to do.
