Phishing emails using Netsuite?

We recently received an email with subject line "Payroll Document Ready for Review" which looks like coming from DocuSign, but sent from system@sent-via.netsuite.com

Headers of the email shows oracle servers. There is an email address in the message indicating the intendent recipient in this format:

messages.[Account_ID].1853498.cea49cf5b3@[Account_ID].email.netsuite.com

My question is, is there a way to know if this email was sent from our account somehow? Or the spammer knows how to format the recipient address which ends up in our inboxes?

The email header is below, I just added ACCOUNT_ID and OUR BILLING DEPARTMENT instead of the actual account ID and recipient email address.
