Calculate the difference in days for when the field was last changed via system notes

Good afternoon all!

I am trying to calculate, in saved search, the amount of days since the value was last updated.

For example, if the value was set to 'Red' on 4/1/2025 and then it was changed to 'Blue' on 4/26/2025, I want to calculate how many days in between before it was changed to 'Blue'.
