Extract "Help" from custom Transaction Body and Entity fields

Hi everyone,

We have updated the Help fields on custom Transaction Body and Entity fields.

We are trying to see if there is a way to export a list of the Help descriptions. We do not see it as an option in a Saved Search.

Does someone have another way?
