How to upload "state" under Customer Tax Registration sublist

Hello Team,

I'm migrating data from Sage to NS and I have 19k customers uploaded. At least 2k have exemption certificates. I already uploaded the certificates and created the tax registration under the customer profile, but the CSV import on the customer does not allow me to add the state for the tax registration record.



How I can do that?

Environment is SuiteTax.
