How can you reset a multi-account user's access?
We have a financial auditor who, understandably, uses NetSuite at more than one company. Unfortunately, this means I can't set a password or use the user access reset tool because, apparently, you need to be an administrator for all organisations the account uses.
I probably don't have to tell fellow NetSuite users that there is no such person here because we don't have administrator access to every other NetSuite account that exists. So how do we get this user back into NetSuite?
Many thanks,
Cris
Edit: Further information - the user hasn't set security answers, so they can't reset their password themselves, and they have login access for their employer's account via SSO using the same e-mail address.
