Restrict users from viewing customer records and related transactions that are older than five years
Has anyone addressed something like this through scripting, workflows, or any other configuration? I’d appreciate any insights or approaches that worked or you think would best work.
Customer records should remain visible, but when navigating into the related records (e.g., through the "Transactions" tab on a customer record), any associated transactions older than five years should be completely hidden from view.
