Mobile Configuration - How do I know what page I want to configure?

Hi all,

Let's say I want to add a new column to this page on the mobile app, how do I know what the name of this page is?

If I go into Setup > Custom Records > Mobile Applications I get to this page and in this example want to customize item receipts, so I assume I go to NSWMS_POReceiving

I then need to pick the page within the PO Receiving process to customize. But again, I don't know for certain what page I want to edit, I'm just assuming here.

Like, if I were to otherwise add &xml=t to the url of a saved quote/estimate, I would get this page which helps me identify plenty of information about the page and record. Is there anything similar with the mobile app?
