Consolidated Exchange rates

I have one parent company in Canadian dollar
and 7 other subs in different currencies that roll up to this canadian subs.

when i look at one of the subs in Euro for one of the balance sheet accounts

€7 058 048,54 and then the consolidated statement translates this amount to

$11,070,902.36. this shows a rate of 1.568 but the consolidated exchange rate tables say the rate for that period should be 1.57167.

The tables work for some accounts but not for others, please what is causing this discrepancy?
