Outsource MFG Dropship item from OS Location

We MFG an item in house and ship it to our OS vendor for finishing. Instead of brining it back and shipping out, we need to Drops ship it from our OS vendor.

Does anyone have a high level process of how to do that in NS? We would like to use a Transfer Order to track the items moving from our location to the OS Vendor location
