FAM journal are not route for approval or auto approved

Hi, Gurus,

Recently, we implemented FAM journals with 'Pending Approval' status, but the journals were created without being auto-approved or routed for approval.

How to set auto-approved for this FAM journal ?

How to route for journal approval that set in "advanced approval rule" that was set earlier ?
