Audit trail for adding/deleting BOMs to Assembly Items

Hello,

Wondering if there is any way to tell who deleted a BOM from an Assembly Item. I don't see anything in the system notes. I would think we should be able to see that somewhere. Here's a screenshot for reference.

The Bill of Material Revision record still exists; nothing on the System Notes for that record either.
