Re-Opened SO's Not in Print Picking Ticket Queue
Sometimes, our CSRs will open a fully billed or previously closed sales order and add lines to it (note: not just reopening lines) and those lines do not push the SO to the print picking ticket queue.
1. Is there a way to address this?
2. Should they even be doing this? I feel like they should be opening a new SO once things have been fulfilled/billed or closed.
