System Rules: Receive All Issue

Hi,

I saw there was a new system rule to receive all for inbound shipments. We were looking at using this. I am in sandbox testing how it works. I clicked receive all and picked a bin. I got the error:

The configured target page does not exist.

Can I get some help figuring out what this means and how to fix it? Thank you.
