Expense Commitment and Budget Validation Error

Good day!

We created a purchase order and keep on encountering this error:

"One or several transaction line's budget is duplicate with different budget methods. Resolve duplicate budgets to validate the lines. Check transaction lines for errors."

Why is the validation not working?
