Nagative inventory cash sales
Hi There
I have the following scenario:
Orders are recorded via a Shopify Point of Sales)POS) store front in a retail store
- These orders are created as cash sales in NetSuite via the Farapp/NetSuite connector
if there is no stock on hand in NetSuite, the connector throws an error.
To clear the errors and to allow the cash sale to be created, an inventory adjustment needs to be done to correct the stock on hand.
The retail staff are not able to do this as they do not have access to NetSuite. Someone has to do this at head office.
0
