NetSuite Connector – Products not syncing automatically + Website mapping error
Hello,
We are currently working on syncing products from NetSuite to Magento 2 using the NetSuite Connector.
We have set up the product mappings as shown in the screenshot (including websites, visibility, etc.) and the connection test is successful.
We are facing two issues:
1. Products are not flowing automatically into the connector
Even though our mappings seem complete, no products are being auto-synced into the connector. We had to manually run “Retrieve” to load a few test products.
We would like to understand:
- What needs to be done to enable automatic product syncing from NetSuite into the connector?
- Is there a flag, saved search, or specific item status required to include products in the sync queue?
