Send New Access Notification Email for Employee | How long is link active
When on boarding new employees, I am running into challenge when I send out the "New Access Notification Email" here are my two direct questions
- How long does the link stay active once I initiate the send?
- Due to a day or two delay form when the employee receives it and they attempt to log in. The link is no longer active. How do I initiate a resend?
- Is it as easy as going in to the employee record, removing the tick from the box. Saving the record. Then going back in and re-ticking the box?
- I have not had consistent luck with the resends.
