All Inbound Emails

Hello,

I’m trying to create a saved search in NetSuite that shows all inbound (replied) emails. basically, any customer replies to emails that were sent out from NetSuite.

Right now, I can see those replies under the communication tab of each individual record, but I want a single view or saved search that lists all customer replies across records.

Can anyone please guide me on how to set this up.
