Restrict ability to generate a Cash refund or credit memo from an RMA

HI,

I want to restrict a role from creating a cash refund or credit memo specifically from an RMA. However they do need to create a credit memo and cash refunds in other scenarios. I want to restrict this ability JUST from the RMA record.

Is this even possible?
