Missing SS reminder in Employee Centre

Hello!

I'm trying to figure out what permission I'm missing here. I have a custom saved search that has public permissions and has the option to be available as a reminder checked.

In one of my custom roles, I have this saved search in my reminders in my home dashboard. I'm trying to add this to our Employee centre role, but the saved search does not show up when trying to add it.

Is there anything I might be missing?
