customer name Showing Temparory in Source record fields
I am facing an issue where the Customer/Client field on my custom record and in Global Search is displaying values like:
“0152365 Temporary Record 1402610000180120046 : Ultimate Security”
However, when I open the actual Customer record, the customer name is correct.
To troubleshoot, I have already undeployed all scripts, and even when I try to update the customer field using the same internal ID, the issue still remains. The field continues to show the “Temporary Record …” value.
Can you please help me understand why this is happening and how to resolve it?
