While generating a NACHA file

SyntaxError

Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

receiving the above error, tried suitenaswers but the script it is refering me to change add the online user is not available under script deployments

  1. Locate Deployment ID customdeploy_vid_sl_vendorbillform
  2. Click Edit
  3. Click Audience subtab
  4. External Roles: Select Online Form User
  5. Click Save

but I couldn't find that script
