Why are all customers not showing in the customer drop down for Effective Date Pricing?
Hi There
I am trying to create a new price update record for the effective date pricing suiteapp.
For some reason, not all customers are showing in the Customer drop down field.
The missing customers are not inactive.
I am using the administrator role.
Why would that be the case?
It's not clear why some customers appear in this drop down and others don't.
