Project Resource Allocation

in Ask A Guru 6 comments

In a Project setup, when I tried to assign a resource, the system created a Time Tracking automatically and cannot be viewed with error "Allocated time records must not be manipulated directly." How to prevent the creation of Time Tracking?

I tried to look for Project Preferences to uncheck Automatically Create Time Tracking for Allocations but it's not available.
