Create a show message action on Workflow

HI,

I want to create a workflow and use the Show Message action to display : Ulta requires a minimum of 10 months shelf life. Scan another lot.

On the item fulfillment record, when a user fulfills a lot whose expiration date is less than 10 months the error message pops up. It will only apply to the customer Ulta. We also use RF-Smart so not sure how this fits into this use case.

Has anyone done something similar?
