Custom Segment on Lines from header

Hi Team!

My customer needs the custom segment selected on the header to automatically populate the lines. However, even after adding the custom segment to the line level, it is not populating as expected.

They would like this value to flow from the header to all lines automatically.

They want to replicate it in all sales transactions:
