How do I get an enhancement Request created for Quality - 'Return to Vendor'
Most of my clients are in the medical manufacturing industry lately. I'm implementing qualiity into an account, and am using the newer 'return to vendor' function in the Quality Specification Context. I got it to work and create the vendor RMA. However - the item status remains as 'good'. FDA Compliance Requirements are that any items that fail quality inspections NEVER ship to a customer.
The return to vendor process leaves the item status as 'good' - as it's in the same warehouse that ships products out - there is a MAJOR concern that the items could be committed to sales orders if inventory runs low.
