Order Quantity Multiple on a webstore item

Hello

We have an item that is sold by the case quantity. There currently is a script that NetSuite did for us when someone enters a sales order with this item and you try to put in a quantity that is not a multiple that is set in the item record they will get a pop up that says: Please correct the Order Quantity to be a multiple of X. This script does not work on our NetSuite Webstore so I had created a support ticket to see if this was possible and was told to turn on Maximum Quantity.
