Submitting Support Cases Not Working?
I submitted two support cases (via SuiteAnswers) several days ago, but other than the on page "submitted" confirmation, I didn't receive an email confirmation and it doesn't show in NetSuite 360 (older cases do show there).
Has something changed? Is there a different place I should be submitting or looking for support cases?
