Search Exports in Prod but Not Sandbox
Hello,
I have a rather large saved search that exports and opens in XLS just fine in Production. However, in Sandbox the file doesnt open, instead errors with "The file is corrupt and cannot be opened" message.
This seems to be effecting a handful of users at the moment. The same saved search even errors out in Production. Not sure if this is an excel or Netsuite issue.
We've tried clearing cache, changing browsers, Excel file open/repair.
Any help is appreciated.
