Unable to delete custom report in NetSuite – Report results cannot be deleted

I am experiencing an issue when trying to delete a custom report in NetSuite.

When I attempt to delete the report, I receive a message stating that the report cannot be deleted until all associated schedules and results are deleted. I have already checked the following:

  • Reports → Scheduled Reports → Report Schedules – There are no schedules associated with this report.
  • Reports → Scheduled Reports → Report Results – I located the results related to the report and clicked Delete, but the records do not get deleted.

Because the report results remain, I am unable to delete the report itself.
